The first day of school is right around the corner here in Clovis! If you live here you've probably already seen the HS band out marching, the football team running the field and the stores all full of notebook paper and Kleenex boxes.
For parents it's time to rejoice while the kids are busy dreading those early mornings.
The first day of classes in Clovis is August 17th. In Portales you get to start a few days earlier on the 14th.
